Items ordered from Canada by someone in the United States are now subject to duties and taxes regardless of value, with very limited exceptions. The general US$800 de minimis (duty-free) exemption for standard commercial shipments from Canada was eliminated in August 2025. 

Free ground shipping service with $100 insurance. You will receive a tracking number, it is most often Purolator or UPS as we have the best rates with them throughout most provinces, but may also be Canada Post or FedEx depending on where you live.

Express Upgrade on Free Shipping Orders

If you have qualified for free ground shipping, but you would like to get it shipped express, type "Express Shipping Upgrade" into the "Order special instructions" at the bottom of your cart. We still cover the amount of the ground shipping and invoice you for the difference only.

Volume Discounts

Most of our items are eligible for a volume discount based on total number of a single SKU ordered. Here is an example of one of our discount tables:

Jewelry Volume Discount
3-9pieces = 5% discount
10-19pieces = 8% discount
20+ pieces = 10% discount

These discounts show up in cart and on your invoice and are automatic.
