⏰ Refund Request Window

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• We cannot process refund requests submitted after this window.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for items that:

• Arrived damaged
• Were incorrectly sent due to our error

To process your request, the item must meet the conditions below and include the required documentation.

🚫 Non‑Refundable Conditions

We do not issue refunds for jewelry that has been:

• Damaged during or after installation
• Stored or displayed in a way that allows customer or staff handling
• Sterilized
• Ultrasonically cleaned
  
• Clearance Items are Final Sale!

📸 Required Documentation

To request a refund, you must provide:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• Preferably, a photo of the SKU bag the jewelry arrived in
• Your order number and the exact SKU of the item

Without this information, we cannot process your request.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (Wrong Item Ordered or Change of Mind)

If you ordered the incorrect item or have changed your mind, you may request a return or exchange. To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be returned to us at your own expense
• Approval is case‑by‑case and not guaranteed
• Once received, items will be inspected before a store credit or exchange is issued. We DO NOT issue refunds in these instances.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

💸 Refund Processing

• If your refund is approved, funds will be returned within 3–5 business days
• In most cases, we issue a refund rather than a replacement
• Refunds under $10 will be issued as store credit
• You may request store credit instead of a cash refund for any amount
• If a replacement is issued, it will be included with your next order or shipped via letter mail, which may take up to 2 weeks depending on your location
