Shipping policy

Order Processing & Packing

  • The shipping time shown at checkout reflects courier transit time only — it does not include packing or pickup.
  • Orders are packed promptly and may leave the same day or the next day, depending on order volume and courier pickup schedules.
  • Orders that do not require custom sterilizing ship within 12 business hours.
  • Orders requiring custom sterilizing may take up to 24 business hours.
  • If an extended delay is expected, our Customer Service team will notify you by phone or email.

Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm PST. Closed on statutory holidays.
Example: An order received at 3 pm Friday (no custom sterilizing) has a maximum shipping deadline of Tuesday by 11 am.

Courier Pickup Times (Mon–Fri, PST)

  • FedEx: 9–10 am → Needs to be scheduled the day before. No same day pickup
  • Purolator & UPS: Schedualed daily pickup can range anywere from 1pm to 5pm

Special Delivery Instructions

  • We will do our best to accommodate special delivery notes (e.g., business closed certain days).
  • Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, courier handling is beyond our control.
  • No signature required by default. You may request signature confirmation if you prefer (fee aplies)
  • Consider shipping to a residential address if your business has delivery restrictions.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Ground Shipping (Canada): Orders of $300 CAD or more* (after discounts, before taxes), this excludes NWT and NU (which we subsidize shipping costs for and issue a store credit for a partial refund). For YT destinations orders over 50lbs may result in an additional cost being billed.
  • Free Ground Shipping (USA): Orders of $1200 CAD or more (after discounts, before taxes). Excludes Alaska & Hawaii.
  • Typical ground transit times:
    • BC & Alberta: 2–3 days
    • Central provinces: 5–10 days
    • USA, Newfoundland, Yukon: 10–14 days
  • Paid Express upgrades: If your order qualifies for free ground shipping you may request express service. We will invoice you only for the difference between ground and express rates.
  • Heavy Orders: Aftercare launch packs or cumulative box orders over 50kg ship at a flat rate of $24.99 (we subsidize the remainder).

For orders under $300 CAD:

  • Real‑time courier rates are displayed at checkout.
  • No handling fees are added.
  • CPS negotiates discounted rates with carriers and passes those savings on to you.
  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Salmon Arm, BC.

Import Taxes & Duties

  • For orders shipped outside Canada, the receiver is responsible for all import taxes and duties.
  • USA customers: The $800 household exemption no longer applies. Duties and import charges are payable on delivery.

Canada Post as a Provider

  • Canada Post is typically more expensive, slower, and less convenient than courier options.
  • If you do not qualify for free shipping and still prefer Canada Post, you must pay the Canada Post rate.
  • If you qualify for free shipping, we will use the lowest‑cost ground option. If you specifically request Canada Post, you will be billed for the difference in cost

FOR DISTRIBUTORS ONLY

We calculate your shipping rate after your order is packed and send you an invoice. You have 12 hours to accept or decline the order with no obligation. Shipping is never included to any location, in Canada or Internationally. When shipping outside of Canada shipping options can include duties and import fees or exclude them, your choice.
