Made with Class A Surgical Steel and CE Certified. These handy tools have silicone ends to fit 2 different sized balls for easy removal and install in either internal or external jewelry.

Note: You must first loosen the tightened ball with fingers or tightening pliers, it can remove the ball but not if it requires any torque , it must be loose. Likewise, after insert and the ball stops at the end of the thread, you must fingers or pliers tighten. The tool merely makes actual threading on and off much easier.

These are made with high temp tolerant silicone and can be safely autoclaved. (We tested it)
