These 19G earrings (0.86mm training post) are 316L Surgical Steel with butterfly backs and come pre-sterilized 12 pairs per sheet. Use with 18G needles. Simply remove from sterile packaging and the tapered pointed stud end fits perfectly inside the back end of an 18G hollow needle. This allows for a secure, one step pierce and jewelry insert, no tapers required.
